AntFarm to showcase its Tribal Lore Vault service document portal at CompTIA ChannelCon 2017, Booth 808

AUSTIN, TX, July 31, 2017 — AntFarm, Inc. announced today it will feature the Tribal Lore Vault service document and knowledge portal at CompTIA ChannelCon 2017 “Be The Change,” the IT industry’s premier education, networking and partnering event at the JW Marriott in Austin, Texas, July 31 – August 2, 2017.  #ChannelCon17

“It’s great to be participating in ChannelCon again this year,” says John Kilian, president and lead service architect for AntFarm.  “At ChannelCon, we will get the opportunity to meet with hundreds of IT solution providers and discuss the challenges they face daily in delivering high-value services to their clients.”

In years past at ChannelCon, AntFarm focused on its Service Blueprint Bricks, robust off-the-shelf process modules for IT companies.  “This year, we’re going to change things up a bit,” says Kilian.  “We’ve been working hard to develop the industry’s most comprehensive service document portal, filling a big gap for IT solution providers, many of which have their documents spread around the company, along with undocumented ‘Tribal Knowledge’, and no good way to manage all of that information.  It’s a forgotten piece not wholly addressed by any other service automation system.  As a result, solution providers are missing out on the competitive advantage to be gained from efficient access to their institutional knowledge and documentation.  We are helping them address this strategic shortfall.”

“We’re delighted to have AntFarm join us again this year for CompTIA ChannelCon,” said Kelly Ricker, executive vice president, events and education, CompTIA. “We are proud to be able to deliver exceptional business value to ChannelCon attendees.  Participating exhibitors like AntFarm represent a key element of that value.”

AntFarm’s Tribal Lore Vault: Do you have a handle on service documentation?

Many IT companies experience “knowledge sprawl.”  Service documents are created in many applications and spread across numerous systems and uncounted folders.  It’s hard to find the right document when it’s needed.  No one really knows what they have or where it is.  These companies have lost control of service documentation, and with it, precious intellectual capital.

AntFarm’s Tribal Lore Vault is a service document and knowledge management portal.  We started with an enterprise-class content management platform and then built the industry’s most comprehensive service document management portal. The Tribal Lore Vault is a central repository for all of a solution provider’s documents and knowledge, filling gaps not addressed by service automation systems.

Tribal Lore Vault Benefits:

  • ALL OF YOUR DOCUMENTS — Gain control of all your documents and tribal knowledge, regardless of application or format.
  • TEMPLATE LIBRARIES — Create service deliverables from your templates with key data auto-populated.
  • ORGANIZED YOUR WAY — Find documents based on content and relationships: by organization, service offering, customer, project, or all of the above.
